Crew Foreman

As a Crew Foreman at Hargos Land Management, you will lead daily field operations, driving quality, efficiency, and safety across all land management and tree service projects. You’ll be responsible for supervising, training, and supporting our climb and ground teams, ensuring jobs are completed to industry standards and client satisfaction. Candidates must possess strong leadership abilities, extensive hands-on experience in tree care and equipment operation, and a thorough knowledge of safety protocols. Tree Climber

Hargos Land Management is seeking experienced and safety-conscious Tree Climbers to execute skilled tree care and removals. In this role, you will perform technical pruning, rigging, and full tree removals using modern climbing techniques and specialized equipment. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in rope access, knot tying, and safe chainsaw operation, along with a deep understanding of tree biology and structural safety. You will work closely with our groundsmen and crew foremen to maintain a safe and productive work site. Groundsman

Join Hargos Land Management as a Groundsman and play a vital role in our daily tree service and land management operations. In this position, you will support our climbers and foremen by operating wood chippers, staging gear, dragging brush, and managing job site safety zones. Candidates must be dependable, physically active, and eager to learn the fundamentals of tree care and equipment maintenance. Prior experience with power tools and machinery is a plus, but a strong work ethic and team-first attitude are most important.
